By data analysis as well as market research, directed and improved the marketing strategy and price system, exceeded the quota for the first quarter of fiscal year 2009 despite the influence of the Spring Festival and the financial crisis;
Successfully completed Nanjing International Apartment and Beijing Cubic Count project.

Co-funded by Beijing Yue Communication Technology Co., Ltd. and natural person investor, the company is a comprehensive, professional service provider of investment consulting, credit and loan with the registered capital of RMB 10 million. HTJA provides loan for individual and enterprise, including second-hand housing \ loans, transfer loan, real estate mortgage, etc. Meanwhile, it has cooperation relationship with dozens of financial and evaluation organizations and well-known enterprises.
As a freshman entering the investment assurance industry, by advice from experts as well as communication with competitors, I got good command of the industry knowledge, and adjust company strategy soon.
For investment assurance, risk control is the top priority. Besides the overall management, I also take charge of the Finance Dept and Risk Control Dept to eliminate bad -performance.
During this period, we established cooperation with China Construction Bank, Bank of China, Bank of Beijing, Shenzhen Development Bank, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Industrial Bank, CITIC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and other domestic and foreign financial institutions. Successfully passed the qualification exam of Industrial Bank, Bank of China, and became the partner of China Construction Bank for individual financing and loan.
HTJA as a new security company, the loan secured reached RMB 160 million during 2006-2007, and the loan guaranteed reached RMB 180 million during the first half year of 2008.
Because of company’s capital and national policies, I withdrew my shares and left the company.

It is founded on the basis of Beijing CENSYSNET Technology with expanded business and newly joining shareholder. With RMB 5 million as the registered capital, it is a new high tech company in Fengtai Area, Zhongguancun Technology Park.
In addition to sales of computer hardware and relevant equipment, it begun to cooperation with Shanghai Bell – Alcatel, engaging in sales, maintenance, repair and engineering of Alcatel program-controlled switchboard.
I was responsible for overall management, achieved the economic and operating goal and strategic development plan, also lead the project implementation.
2002, the company was accredited by Alcatel, and became one of the 16 maintenance and repair centers all over the nation.
2003, R&D was set up to put more efforts in R&D of program-controlled switches. As the R&D Manager, I successfully developed adapter and remote management equipment of Alcatel program-controlled switchboard.
2003, the company passed ISO9000.
2005, was named among the top 100 taxpayers in Fengtai Technology Park.
Successfully completed the projects of China Railway No.3 Bureau, CRC Beijing Branch, CNC Beijing Branch No.7 Region and No.3 Region, China Railway No.16 Bureau, China Railway No.11 Bureau, CRC Hubei Branch, CRC Baicheng Branch; and developed 12 stable repair service agencies in the country.
For excellent performance, I was appointed by the board of directors to the new company to serve as general manager.

For lack of management experience, I asked advice from experienced friends with an open mind to learn, looking for suitable management model and did improvement. The sales volume of the first year reached RMB 4 million.
At first, we sold products mainly by retail stores, and then the business expanded to health care, education and other industry clients. Through the projects of Third Affiliated Hospital of Peking University, Beijing Normal University Press, CCTV News Centre, the Ministry of Agriculture of Central Exchange Center, Beijing Meteorological Observatory, the annul sales reached RMB 15 million.
Due to the expanding business, the company was write-off and a new one was established.
